UNESCO World Heritage Site Bauhaus is being expanded

The Houses with Balcony Access and the ADGB Trade Union School expand the World Heritage Site Bauhaus. The UNESCO World Heritage Committee in Krakow, Poland announced this on 9 July 2017. Now, the architecture, which was created by the second Bauhaus director Hannes Meyer, is part of the World Weritage: the Houses with Balcony Access built in Dessau (Saxony-Anhalt) in 1930 and the ADGB Trade Union School, opened in Bernau near Berlin (Brandenburg) in 1930.
