The general survey exhibition in the Bauhaus Dessau presents the various projects of the IBA Urban Redevelopment 2010. The transition section provides detailed insight into twenty years of urban development after German reunification. Artistic works, statistics and maps showing the causes and effects of the decline and make clear the reality that the IBA Urban Redevelopment 2010 initially encountered.

The heart of the exhibition are the interventions and projects that have been implemented within the framework of the IBA since 2002. The exhibition dares three future scenarios in closing: a view of Saxony-Anhalt in 2050 with respect to the development of climate, landscape and city. Urban issues that will gain in importance due to ongoing demographic changes worldwide.
