Library
The library of the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation is a public library for research into and information on the history and reception of the Bauhaus and also serves to support the general project work of the Foundation. The body of literature concerning the Bauhaus is systematically and continuously expanded. The stock is by now the largest in Europe on this subject. In addition, the project work of the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation has yielded a wide range of publications on the subjects of urban development, architecture, art and design.
Since 2012, the library has been located in the converted department store right next to the Bauhaus Building.
