Törten Estate (Walter Gropius and Hannes Meyer 1926-28) – Information for visitors

Visitors' Center Konsum building
Walter Gropius' Konsum building is used as a visitors' center, providing a permanent exhibition and further information on the Törten Estate.

G U I D E D T O U R S (in German)
The guided tour starts at the Konsum Building with an exhibition of the settlements’ history, bypasses different house types and shows a sample flat within the balcony access houses. A special highlight is Haus Anton, the only building which has been completely preserved in its original state. The tour takes approximately one hour.
